Birkey FileShare
Sometimes our clients need a way to share
larger digital files and resourcess online with customers, vendors,
business partners, or with other employees within the company.
BIRKEY FILESHARE is a web-based
file sharing application that can be added to an existing
BIRKEY.COM web hosting account, or purchased as a separate stand-alone
web service.
The BIRKEY
FILESHARE includes:
• Easy management of multiple
user accounts to assign usernames, passwords and permissions,
through a Backstage area
• Ability to upload
or download files based upon permissions granted to each user,
all through a standard web browser.
• Ability to create multiple categories
BIRKEY.COM can customize the interface of your FileShare using
your logo and colors. See example

BILLING
• An initial invoice will be sent to cover the setup fee and
one-year license fee ($300)
• Based upon the selected payment plan, the initial invoice will
also include the storage fee
• If Monthly or Quarterly billing is selected, additional invoices
will be sent at the beginning of each new month or quarter, to
cover the storgae fees.
• At the end of the first 12 months, a renewal invoice will
be sent, incoluding the site license and the storage plan as
selected.
